The work is mostly residential — Victorians, Tudors, Foursquares, and bungalows from Howard Street to the Skokie border, plus the greystone two-flats of Rogers Park and the estate homes of Winnetka and Kenilworth. We also handle commercial flat-roof work on downtown Evanston mixed-use buildings and Northwestern-area apartment houses.
